“SuperMama” – School-based Healthy Family Scheme
“SuperMama” – School-based Healthy Family Scheme is a project funded by the Health Care and Promotion Fund Committee. In this “Mama-oriented” health project, we trained working mothers and housewives to become health ambassadors of their own families and schools. Through training workshops on general women’s health, healthy meal planning and exercise using elastic bands, these Mama-health ambassadors learn how to look after their own health and reshape their families’ lifestyle. Through these trainings and activities, the importance of healthy living style already spread to 15 schools and 10,000 families.
